Last night I indulged in an extra heath ice cream. So delicious, but I was feeling pretty guilty for it afterward. I am still wondering if I should track my free meal/free snack for the week?
I’m going to for now, just to help remind myself to always track everything (part of my failing the last time I tried all this) and to influence to choose healthier indulgences.
I feel alittle unmotivated to workout today, but I’m gonna try and give it my all anyways. I guess that’s all I can do.
Positive note of yesterday: While doing wedding stuff, I got really stressed as we have some many family and friends and not enough money to have them all there. Also, I would prefer to not invite certain family members, but what can I do?

This is actually a long held habit of me and my best friend when we are in our home town. We have used the swings as therapy since middle school :)
Haha I have done the park swing thing! It was with a friend. We had both gone through hard break ups and couldn’t sleep, so at two or three am it was decided we needed to swing. I was staying with a roommate, so I sneaked out in my jammies and we walked to the park and just had fun.
